What to include in your message
- A clear subject line, for example “Technical: broken link on a tourism page” or “Grievance: ration card issue, Jaisalmer”.
- The exact URL involved, copied from the address bar.
- Screenshots, error messages, or attachments where relevant.
- Your preferred reply email, and an optional phone number.
- Any genuine deadline, such as an approaching application date.
Response time and handling
Where a public-interest issue is routed to an official channel, the timeline then depends on the concerned government department, which e-Rajasthan does not control.
Attachments and file guidelines
- Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX.
- Suggested maximum size per attachment: 10 MB. For larger files, mention it and we will suggest an alternative, such as a cloud link.
- Do not send sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar or bank details unless strictly required and properly secured. See our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and data handling
- Messages are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By writing to us you consent to limited retention of your email and attachments for administrative and quality purposes.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, or where necessary to escalate a public-interest issue to a government body, in which case we will tell you first wherever feasible.
