Note: social channels are best for announcements and community updates. For private or sensitive matters, please use the email addresses above.

What to include in your message

  1. A clear subject line, for example “Technical: broken link on a tourism page” or “Grievance: ration card issue, Jaisalmer”.
  2. The exact URL involved, copied from the address bar.
  3. Screenshots, error messages, or attachments where relevant.
  4. Your preferred reply email, and an optional phone number.
  5. Any genuine deadline, such as an approaching application date.

Response time and handling

We aim to acknowledge emails within 48 hours and to reply substantively as soon as we reasonably can. Complex matters may take longer.

Where a public-interest issue is routed to an official channel, the timeline then depends on the concerned government department, which e-Rajasthan does not control.

Attachments and file guidelines

  • Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX.
  • Suggested maximum size per attachment: 10 MB. For larger files, mention it and we will suggest an alternative, such as a cloud link.
  • Do not send sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar or bank details unless strictly required and properly secured. See our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and data handling

  • Messages are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By writing to us you consent to limited retention of your email and attachments for administrative and quality purposes.
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, or where necessary to escalate a public-interest issue to a government body, in which case we will tell you first wherever feasible.

A note on grievances

e-Rajasthan is an independent, citizen-run platform and is not an official government body. Contacting us is not a substitute for filing an official petition, an RTI request, or a formal application with the relevant authority. For official action, use the government portal named in the relevant guide.

Accessibility

If you need a page or resource in an alternative format (large print, audio, or translated text), write to support@e-raj.in and we will do our best to help.
