Welcome to e-Rajasthan. By using our sites or any of their subdomains, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Purpose of the platform

e-Rajasthan is an independent, citizen-run platform created to help you navigate Rajasthan’s e-governance services, with documentation, updates, and plain-language explanations. We are not an official government entity, and we do not claim any affiliation with the Government of Rajasthan or the Government of India.

Intellectual property

All original content on our sites (text, design, graphics, and documentation) belongs to e-Rajasthan unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, modifying, or distributing it without prior written permission is not allowed. If ownership is transferred to a registered legal entity in future, these Terms will apply to the successor.

User contributions

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and public-interest reports. By sending content to us, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to improve our services or to raise the issue with the relevant authorities. Submissions must be lawful and respectful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove or decline inappropriate or abusive content.

Acceptable use

When using our sites, you agree not to:

• Misuse them, for example through hacking, spamming, or automated scraping.
• Post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, data, or subdomains.

Breaking these Terms may lead to restriction or suspension of access.

Third-party links and services

Our sites link to external websites, including official government portals and third-party tools. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Advertisements and revenue

To sustain the platform, e-Rajasthan shows third-party advertising, for example Google AdSense. Ads are not endorsements, and any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to be accurate and reliable, but we make no guarantee about:

• The completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of content.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access.
• The outcome of any issue raised through our platform with a government body.

To the extent permitted by law, e-Rajasthan is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of our sites.

Applicability across our sites

These Terms apply to e-rajasthan.org, e-raj.in, and all their current and future subdomains.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our sites means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
